I was disappointed to pick-up my truck and it was dirty and gas light was on and I had less that 25 miles to empty so had to go straight to gas station. The vehicle was ran for a period of time for trouble and gas light was on and I had less that 25 miles to empty so had to go straight to gas station. The vehicle was ran for a period of time for troubleshooting and left risky low and exterior dirty. Seems like it would be standard to at least have every vehicle leave clean and good customer service to not leave someone on E after having ran the truck for a while for troubleshooting. More

I actually brought my truck and my father's truck in for service and they took excellent care of both vehicles! service and they took excellent care of both vehicles! More

The new sales department for GM vehicles and the finance department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in t department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in the service department was horrendous. They were lazy did not respond. The manager in the department was unavailable for over four hours. I waited for a return phone call for assistance for over four hours. Until I walked in and Mr. Mike blue took my information and he promptly handled the issue. Congrats to him for stepping up. More
