Very disappointed. The warranty process was long. My car was there 10 days for a fix delayed by warranty approval. The car was returned absolutely flithy. My steering w The warranty process was long. My running board is all scuffed up. The car is so covered with dust and bird poop - have to go to the car wash today. Mike, the service coordinator was great. He kept us informed and was professional and polite. More

The truck was in for oil change plus tire rotation, and both were done very quickly. The technician also took care of reteaching the TPMS system and setting the proper tire pressures. Good job. I love this dealership. I have been using this dealership since moving to Texas in 2022 and although, I have moved to a new area where there are GMC dealerships closer to m I have been using this dealership since moving to Texas in 2022 and although, I have moved to a new area where there are GMC dealerships closer to my home, their thoroughness, friendliness, and overall great customer service skills keeps me going back. This service department is the “most challenging” I’ve ever encountered. It took a month to get service scheduled online, then I had to make 2 more calls to “re-schedule” since the online reservation didn ever encountered. It took a month to get service scheduled online, then I had to make 2 more calls to “re-schedule” since the online reservation didn’t make it to their service department, even with a confirmation. I had to get my salesman (BJ) involved to help. BJ is the only reason I was able to get a rental for the day, the service department response is always confusing and a no. My service advisor Mike B is always a joy to interact with, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, “the new system “ kicked out my tire rotation/balance”, so that didn’t get done. The “system” doesn’t have text capabilities to keep customers updated on their vehicle, and for some reason calling their customers is not part of their program. When I did call, I was put on hold for 16.5 minutes, then had to hang up and call back to get an update. The Service manager again blamed all of the “issues” on the new system and ownership transition. I’ve witnessed and been subjected to this poor customer service for years, since I’ve bought now 3 different vehicles from this dealership. So, “ the new system” is not the problem. I’ll not call out anyone else except to say, BJ at the GMC dealership, is the best salesman there and always willing to go the extra mile, even a year after the sale. BJ and the few people like him are the only reason I’ve stayed at this dealership. Unfortunately, I will be taking my service needs elsewhere, I’ve been disappointed way too many time. Suggestion: Go to the Grapevine Lexus dealership and just watch how the appreciate and take care of their customers. The only way to fix your historical service department problems is to go somewhere and learn from the best. More

I will start out by saying the staff at the dealership is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I met quite a few of the staff members and they all seemed very happy with their responsibilities and wo very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I made appointment for first thing in the morning and our car sat all day and the next without being touched. Even with my husband and I calling multiple times to check the status. We ended up picking up our car sat all day and the next without being touched. Even with my husband and I calling multiple times to check the status. We ended up picking up our car on the second day late afternoon without any work or diagnostics being completed. This is the second time we have had this type of experience with them. More
