Of course, one always wants to get the best deal possible on a new vehicle. One may even consider travelling some distance in order to secure that deal. That was me... After getting quotes from various dealers near and far, I was prepared to drive more than an hour and a half to buy a 2018 Ridgeline. Did I really want to do this? No. So I went to Mohawk Honda after having a conversation with Diane, one of their BDC Specialists, who had encouraged me to come by before making this long drive to another dealership. I met Mike, my Sales Consultant, early on a Saturday morning. I explained to him that as a local business owner, I wanted to purchase the Ridgeline from a local dealer as well. Mike understood my position immediately. After taking one of their trucks out for a test-drive, he was able to quote a price on the new Ridgeline and an offer on my trade-in that completely exceeded my expectations. The decision to purchase the vehicle from Mohawk was a "no-brainer." Mike promised me that he would be able to get the Ridgeline in one of my three color choices, as the one in stock at the dealership was in (gasp!) white. After sealing the deal I met with Mike, one of the Business Managers, to review the financial information. He was able to get me a very low interest loan (better than my own bank!). Mike was also able to arrange an extended warranty package that will help insure that my new Ridgeline stays in good shape for a long time to come. I took delivery of my new Ridgeline yesterday. Colin was my Delivery Specialist, and he was able to get everything set up in the vehicle in an efficient and informative manner. Everyone with whom I interacted at Mohawk Honda exhibited the most professional and courteous manner. Thank you, Mr. Haraden, for having such a wonderful team! More

I had a great experience the first time and they out did themselves this time. Mike provided me with all the information I needed as far as the Honda Pilot I was purchasing. He went over the vehicle top to bottom and most importantly he went over all the safety features. Once dwe got to the numbers I got a very fair trade value for my vehicle and a great deal on my new pilot. When I came in to pick up my new car everything was streamlined and easy. I was greeted by Mike who took my keys to help me get my belongings out of my car and Colin who was the delivery specialist went over the features of the car again set up my phone and made sure I was understanding of all the features again. Lastly I met with my business manager Johnna who to go over my paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want the red carpet treatment go to Mohawk Honda. There is a reason why they are the number one dealer. More

July I visited Mohawk..Mike Bennice quickly asked me if I needed help the minute I entered the dealership.. I told him of my interest and we talked...very nice no pressure. His price was fair and slightly better than ones I had received up to that point..I left and returned a few days later.. he sweetened the deal to my satisfaction but told me he had to locate the model and color I wanted. I told him no problem, write it up........ at that time I wanted my wife to turn in her 10 yr old CR-V and do a double deal. She resisted but 5 months later we were back talking to Mike again.. she quickly warmed up to a left over 2017 CR-V and Mike got his second sale with less hassle..Would definitely recommend giving Mohawk Honda consideration.. Great customer service Have moved from the Albany NY area to Maine. Saw a new light on the instrument panel - something like a key and the word "battery" flashing. Called the dealership and spoke with Adam in Customer Service (the service section of the dealership). He walked me through how to change out the battery in my fob - a simple fix once he explained it to me. In the past Mike (in Sales) has also helped me over the phone - everything from how to remotely start my car to how the A/C works (little words that I can't read. I want a yellow light that comes on when A/C is on and goes off when the A/C is off. Who's the idiot engineer who designed this, anyway?) And Anita has helped me on many occasions. Kudos to all! Anyway, I'm living with it. Couldn't drive without the help of these great associates. Thanks Adam and Mike B. More
