"Let's move past the salesperson" We have now purchased our 2nd vehicle from Mohawk Honda and will continue to utilize their dependable service department. Unfortunately, we felt disr We have now purchased our 2nd vehicle from Mohawk Honda and will continue to utilize their dependable service department. Unfortunately, we felt disrespected and offended from the assumption on the part of the salesperson, who had processed the purchase in my husband's name only, in spite of me being present during the negotiations and repeatedly asked the salesperson and the financial rep about filling out paperwork for the purchase. Although my husband had initially looked at the vehicle by himself, that same night we presented ourselves together for the purchase (which my husband had made very clear we make these decisions together). We were then given the option of adding my name on the title only, which of course was not accepted by the bank. The icing was when we were handed two keys, one of which was duct taped together. We were offered the option of getting it repaired before we left and we agreed. We were then asked to pay $40.36 to replace the broken key, after just spending over $18,000.00 on a vehicle. Happy with our purchase but certainly not the process. More
