I requested that Mike arrange for me to return the older car and drive away with the new one on the same day. Mike made sure the new car was prepped and ready to take home. The entire process was completed in just over 4 hrs. Also, Nate was very helpful in explaining the new touchscreen functions on the 2017 models. He also called me a few days later to see how I was doing with the new electronics. I had some questions and again, he was of great help. I can't say enough good things about Mike and the dealership. From the initial meeting to when I picked up my vehicle it was nothing but smooth sailing. This place is very busy but it doesn't take away from the customer service. Everyone was very helpful and all the employees are smiling and engaging. Mike did a great job explaining all the features of the new Pilot to me especially the safety features since I have two young children. I had a car seat that needed to be transferred and they had certified car seat installer(Steve) come in on his day off. Also a young man name Junior went over the vehicle with me at delivery to go over any additional questions I had. There is a reason these folks are the #1 volume dealer. Thank you! More
