Excellent experience with purchase of 2016 Pilot We stopped in at Mohawk Honda to see if a part for my husbands 2014 CRV was in. We had been thinking of trading my CRV for a Pilot. Our former salesma We stopped in at Mohawk Honda to see if a part for my husbands 2014 CRV was in. We had been thinking of trading my CRV for a Pilot. Our former salesman who we dealt with at Mohawk Honda has moved and he gave us the name of Mike Bennice. We talked to Mike about upgrading and he showed us a 2016 Pilot and all the features etc.. We talked about leasing rather than purchasing and we knew nothing about leasing so he gave us all the pros and cons. We went home and thought it over, there was no pressure from Mike during the following week, no phone calls trying to get us to make a decision. I liked that as I hate when they call you several times to try to get you to come back and buy. When we felt comfortable that we wanted to try leasing we went back to Mike and he was very reassuring that we made the right choice. We have been Mohawk Honda customers for years and years and trust their knowledge and like their professionalism. They are not there just to sell you a car but to be there for you for the whole nine yards. I would recommend Mohawk Honda over and over again for their honesty and their continued support after you have purchased a new car. More

Best Experience Ever at a Car Dealership! I have purchased at least thirty cars over the last forty five years and my experience at Mohawk Honda was like no other! From the minute I walked in I have purchased at least thirty cars over the last forty five years and my experience at Mohawk Honda was like no other! From the minute I walked in and talked to Nick Bonarrigo I knew that Mohawk Honda was where I wanted to lease my CRV! They listened to what I wanted and worked very hard to make it happen. After working initially with Nick he then had me work with Mike Bennice who worked so hard to pull together our trade in from out of state, our out of state lease return to Honda and the lease of our new car all in the time frame we asked for. It required Mike to make numerous phone calls to get payoffs and information. He also had to switch our registration and insurance from VA to NY. I'm sure he didn't realize how much work he was going to have to do when he got me as a customer!! The day I went to pick up my car, Derek Lahut went over all of the options that my new car had. His knowledge and enthusiasm in explaining my CRV was above and beyond my expectations. He made me even more excited that I had chosen a CRV!!! Joe Vita handled the financial part of picking up my new car! He had the paperwork ready when I got there and he his organization of the paperwork made it painless to get through signing all of it! Buying a car from Mohawk Honda was like working with a family! I will never buy another car from any other dealership! Thanks Nick, Mike, Derek and Joe! More
