Mike took us on a test drive and reviewed all of the options with us. The shape of the seat back made driving or riding in the Toyota nearly impossible. After returning from a trip to NYC, I decided to change vehicles. My 1999 Honda Accord seat back did not add to my pain, so I decided to go online and check out the 2016 Accords. Leigh Keller called back after my internet inquiry. She set me up with an appointment with Mike Bennice the next day. The Accord was on the lot. The test drive went well. The price was fair. I picked up my Accord that same evening and have been driving comfortably since. Mike Bennice recognized me from my purchase of the 1999 Accord thirteen years earlier. He was friendly, professional and informative. He followed up with a call recently to check my satisfaction thus far. Needless to say, I am pleased. More
