I had to turn in my lease and the process was smooth and easy. Amber did a great job of walking me through the process and of getting all the paperwork arranged. We were able to handle this part of the transactions primarily by email and over the internet. Amber then coordinated with Mike Bennice who was able to find me a Honda Pilot that satisfied my needs. Amber and Mike took care of most of the paperwork before I even showed up so that I could turn in my old vehicle and pickup my new vehicle with the least amount of time spent at the dealership. Amber and Mike provided great teamwork to ensure that my customer experience was optimized.
