The shape of the seat back made driving or riding in the Toyota nearly impossible. After returning from a trip to NYC, I decided to change vehicles. My 1999 Honda Accord seat back did not add to my pain, so I decided to go online and check out the 2016 Accords. Leigh Keller called back after my internet inquiry. She set me up with an appointment with Mike Bennice the next day. The Accord was on the lot. The test drive went well. The price was fair. I picked up my Accord that same evening and have been driving comfortably since. Mike Bennice recognized me from my purchase of the 1999 Accord thirteen years earlier. He was friendly, professional and informative. He followed up with a call recently to check my satisfaction thus far. Needless to say, I am pleased. More

Getting my new Accord was a fabulous experience My 2013 Accord's lease was ending in early 2016. I wanted to lease a new accord, but didn't want a 2015. Mohawk Honda had 2015 accord with a V6 engin My 2013 Accord's lease was ending in early 2016. I wanted to lease a new accord, but didn't want a 2015. Mohawk Honda had 2015 accord with a V6 engine and offered me a deal on one of those. I wasn't interested; I wanted a 2016. I spoke with Mike Bennice and discussed what I was looking for. He took all the info and told me that he would contact me as soon as any 2016's were available. One day he called; he had exactly what I was looking for at the price that I wanted. Mike and Mohawk Honda made this happen for me. I have the most beautiful black Honda accord with all the best features and I didn't have to do much at all to get it. Mike Bennice and Mohawk Honda did all the work. Mike and Mohawk Honda truly care about their customers. I was given the VIP treatment by Mike. It was a fabulous experience and I will recommend Mike and the Mohawk Honda dealership to anyone I talk to. More

Our salesman was Michael Bennice was so kind and helpful! I'm sure we drove him nuts with our million questions, but he never let on that we did! He treated us with kindness and respect, and was even sweet to our 4 kids we had in tow! Michael Speranza helped us out in the finance department and got us to a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Great service, great car - we'll be back when it's time to upgrade! Thanks guys!!!! Purchased a 2013 Kia Optima I saw the Optima on the computer while searching and called Scott Risley ti inquire about the vehicle. He responded the next day and after briefly speaking he set me up to come see the vehicle. He was the first of 13 dealerships to call me back. When I arrived he assigned me to Mike Bennice who took me through the steps to acquire the Optima. The price was already at KBB book price so I did not haggle with him because the price was fair by the standard. After about 1 and a half hours I was speaking to Nate Gagnon who financed me with the best % rate I have had so far. He also got me gap insurance and Glassco coverage at no additional charge by getting the bank to lower me interest rate, he was by far the best finance manager I have ever had. After the sale I brought the car home and noticed a scape that was not there when I initially saw the car. I called Mike Bennice and they did a light repair on the car for me at no cost to me. The service managers name was Brian ( not sure on last name ) and he also was exceptional in handling the situation. Overall I would rate them as 4 and a half stars ( because nobody is perfect ) and would send friends and family to them. More
