Nice dealership, Bad Advertising. Utilized the USAA buying service and got an e-mail from the dealership showing a certain Ram 4x4 with a price of 44k. Went to the dealership and found Utilized the USAA buying service and got an e-mail from the dealership showing a certain Ram 4x4 with a price of 44k. Went to the dealership and found it but not for 44k (that was the base price) but for 20k more (add-ons). This is false advertising plain and simple. During this time I was talking with Mike "Big Mike" Tota and informed him of what and how I was going to do things with family in town (if I was going to continue the purchasing process(more on that later)). He knew what I wanted and when I could do it and didn't harass me during my families stay. Went back and worked everything out with him (very professional and knowledgeable). If it wasn't for Mike and how he handled himself in the process, I would have taken my business to another dealership as I find ethical business practices a must and false advertising a clear violation of that. Salesmen (Big Mike & Gian Carlo) were excellent & very patient & also not pushy or high pressure which was nice. Beautiful facility & lots of stock to look at. Only downside was the prices on the website state "Jays Price" & appear lower than they really are (due to containing rebates that you cannot get). Took a long time to get to the paperwork as they had system issues, but other than that I would recommend this dealership to others and I love my new truck. More
