Too many games First of all the salesman was polite & competent through the whole process . We agreed on a price. Then the games began. The finance and extended warranty guy & others who showed up confused the numbers as much as they could, tried to add almost $900 as a “dealer fee” and almost $400 to process the registration “electronically “. , wasted lots of time selling extended warranties after I told them I did not want or need it. They basically made my wife and. Me very uncomfortable. Finally a was given only one key fob. They said that’s always true only. new cars get two???? More

Hidden flaws Immediately after arriving home I noticed that the key fob could not open any door or lock an open door. Changed both batteries, no change. Called Big Immediately after arriving home I noticed that the key fob could not open any door or lock an open door. Changed both batteries, no change. Called Big Mike advised him of the defect. Said he would check and get back to me. Called back and said dealership didn’t have equipment to reset key. Went to mechanic. He diagnosed a “door module” or “body module”. Wrong information in your intranet ad When I picked up the Jeep the tire gaugel light was on I was told it would go out a couple miles down the road. It did not! I checked the tire pressur When I picked up the Jeep the tire gaugel light was on I was told it would go out a couple miles down the road. It did not! I checked the tire pressure the 2 fromt tires had 60 lbs each the back tires had 30lbs in one and 40 lbs in the other which tells me the car wasn't ready for pick up. So I had to make another trip back to get the service department to fix it. Next Karen told me if I came in Sunday pm I would get the employees discount I didn't!! More
