The salesperson Joe was great, and even offered to get me ice cream while we waited for financing of my son's vehicle. My son had a great experience buying his first car. thank you for that! However, my husband traded in his Toyota for a Subaru Forester. We love the Forester and are glad to have an SUV for camping and road trips! There were issues with the leasing contract with the taxes, and the payoff from the trade in. In the end. everything was taken care of, however I feel more communication between Kenosha Subaru and ourselves would have been appreciated. We were never contacted about these issues. If I had not checked on them, we would have had a late payment on the trade in and a ding to our credit. Also, I had to ask for my bag of 'goodies" that I was supposed to receive for coming in. Overall, a great dealership and a good experience. I strongly suggest Kenosha Subura work on these little issues, and next time I can give them five stars. More
