When you have a problem, they go out of their way to solve it. Cars are becoming very complex and they have so many options you can get. If you have a problem understanding all these options and how they work and how you get them to work, the salesmen, sales manager, finance person and even the owner will help you even if it takes a lot of time. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased even though it was not a GM product. The used 2013 Ford Edge I purchased was in like new condition and priced so well that no negotiating was necessary. The entire process from test drive to leaving the dealership couldn't have been more than 90 minutes. Steve Butsch, the Finance Manager was very friendly and easy to deal with and had our paperwork completed and us on our way very quickly. Mr. DeLord should be very proud of his professional, courteous staff and I would encourage anyone who reads this to consider them for their next car purchase. More
