He was interested in satisfying our needs and wants in a new car purchase. Being knowledgeable about the Hyundai product line enabled him to give us help to make an informed decision. Taking time for each of us to test drive and explaining the many features of a 2017 vehicle to seniors can be a trip in itself! When we were about to take possession of the vehicle, Frankie B. spent additional time matching our phones and going over the instrumentation. We literally drove out on 52 in the sunset! More

We were greeted by Mike B., explained that there were several cars we wanted to compare, and that this was our first stop. He took the time to answer all our questions, show us all the features of the car, and explained everything about the Hyundai warranty. After that, he asked when we were planning to look at the other cars on our list, and didn't say "What can I do to put you in this car today?" It showed that Mike was listening to us and our needs and understood the reasons for our first visit. More
