Mike Buhler is a terribly rude salesman. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never been treated so poorly. I inquired about a vehicle Lenz Truck had online and it turned out to be misrepre many vehicles over the years and have never been treated so poorly. I inquired about a vehicle Lenz Truck had online and it turned out to be misrepresented. It was listed as an extended length Expedition but was a short version. I accepted that as an honest mistake. So, Mike sent me an email several other Expeditions they had which were similar. One of the trucks fit all the specifications we were looking for. I contacted Mike to set up an appointment. The vehicle was at the Minocqua location, and I asked for it to be moved to their Fond du Lac location to test drive it. Mike told me they have a policy that I needed to sign a contract and pay $500 to move it from one of their stores to the other. I told him I wanted to see it and drive it before signing a contract. His rude response was that they ship trucks all over the country every day and that's just the way it is but if I want to drive the 5 hours to Minocqua I could. I was ready to purchase this truck if it was what it was advertised to be but, Mike didn't want the business. I'll go elsewhere. More

When I first inquired about the 2017 Jeep Compass, Mike Buhler called me within the hour to set something up.
