Mike was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was straight forward with me in every aspect. I was able to test drive the vehicles I was interested in on my own and look over everything without s was straight forward with me in every aspect. When I was ready to make a purchase there was no "haggling" about the price. There were no games and no back and forth meetings between salesman and manager like other dealers. It was quick and painless. I was quickly introduced to Nik and he got me the financing I needed in short order. I was in my new truck and down the road in no time. I just wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation to you for the memorable experience we received from Lenz Truck Center this past week. In a world that is often filled with hectic sched appreciation to you for the memorable experience we received from Lenz Truck Center this past week. In a world that is often filled with hectic schedules, impatience, unhappiness, and other things, it is truly a wonderful and refreshing escape to encounter a business and staff that ensure this is not the case while in their care. My wife and I wish to express our deepest thanks to Mr. Dave Reilly and Mr. Mike Buhler for their exceptional or better stated World Class care to us throughout the entire search for and purchase of our truck. While the correct terms used today are customer and service, we truly felt like guests who's needs were the focus...not just making a sale. We would have had a hard time believing that buying a truck could be so simple and stress free, to be fair it was actually an adventure we had a great time.
