He was direct, to the point, and didnt beat around the bush once. No number games! No, "Sorry... we sold the truck already, here is 1 half of what you were wanting.." drama. Been shopping for a particular truck from New Mexico to Wisconsin to Virginia, and I get the the same run arounds. I will just wait for Lenz. Mike B. from SaleDept was lack of notification when vehicle not available. Appointment was made; I drove hours the next day to checkout a truck but was told upon arrival that vehicle was sole the day b vehicle not available. We went to lenz and had a very pleasant experience. There was no hassle and mike made everything so easy and was very friendly.
