Used Chevrolet Silverado 1500 purchase I purchased a used 2013 Chevrolet from Lenz Trucks in LaCross on May 31st 2018 and worked with Mike Buhler. I will start by saying my overall experien I purchased a used 2013 Chevrolet from Lenz Trucks in LaCross on May 31st 2018 and worked with Mike Buhler. I will start by saying my overall experience was absolutely exceptional. I live in Mukwonago which is a hour and a half drive for me to get to the dealership. That made physically being able to walk the lot to look at trucks frequently very difficult so I relied heavily on the Lenze website to make some decisions and ultimately purchase my truck sight unseen, which sounds crazy with a major purchase like this but the website, the pictures and the video they had on the truck I was eyeing told me 70% of what I wanted to know. The fact that the truck was also another 3 hours away from the Lacrosse dealership in Minocqua made me even more nervous. However after driving up to LaCross and talking face to face with Mike and explaining my situation and what I was looking for he gave me honest, straight answers which being a retired Marine is something that I expect. I never once got the typical used car salesman pitch and surely never felt pressured. Mike was great and we actually had a connection being I’m a veteran and his son is also so I feel he went the extra mile to help me and not his pocketbook. After many back and forths on the phone I trusted the man enough to put my down payment on the truck I never saw. The process was fast and painless with very little to do on my end besides give Mike a few numbers to crunch and wait for the bank. After a couple hours he called me to tell me everything went great and I got financing at about half of what I expected. So I gave the thumbs up to have the truck delivered from Minocqua to LaCross the next morning. The following afternoon I got to the dealership and Mike had everything lined up and I just had to look at the truck I’ve only seen pictures of up to this point. 10 minutes later the papers were signed and I was headed home with a new shiny gorgeous truck and a full tank of gas to boot. I can’t say enough how smoothly this transaction went and how straight forward Mike and Lenze staff were. They just earned a lifetime customer and I’ll recommend my family and friends to go to Mike Buhler at Lenze Truck anytime I have the chance to!! He handed me the keys to the truck and told me to take my time. I had numbers in mind when I walked into Mike's office and he did a good job of explaining the different options that were available to me. I never felt like I was just another buck! He wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. I would recommend Mike and the dealership to anyone. My experience was the epitome of no-hassle. I plan to have several accessories added to my truck and have looked around at pricing. Lenz has the best price and I know that if I call Mike, he'll make sure that I'm taken care of.
