Nice truck...disappointing sales experience You would think when spending the kind of money that a near new Tahoe is they would at least fill up the gas for you. Nope, less than half a tank! Next the GPS wasn't working so I called and the response was...well after several phone calls and emails the response I finally received was "given the year and make/model of the vehicle I recommend taking it to a local dealer". I noticed it wasn't working on the drive home from buying it and they were very quick to pass the buck. It's funny, when I was interested in buying a vehicle I couldn't get them to stop emailing and calling me but as soon as there was an issue, which was day one, I couldn't get them to call me back. BTW..it needs a nice GPS antenna. Something they would check before a sale maybe? My fault for not noticing the red X on the dash but I though maybe it just meant it was turned off. They should know better. The truck was less then a year old with less than 10K miles on it. Finally, I provided all my information up front so the transaction would be smooth but when I got there he didn't put the license plates charge on the sale price, even though I told him I needed plates and the paper work I was sent showed the $75 charge on it. But when I got there I was told I need to pay an additional $75. Normally not a big deal but I brought a company check to pay for it and then I needed to charge my credit card and do paper work for to keep the finances straight. Probably the last used car I buy as its not worth this used car company/sales person experience. More
