Mike was an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in and provided us with great customer service. The day we were coming to pick-up our car, Mike called the us to let us know that everything is in order and that he looked forward to seeing us. This is my 2nd truck purchased from there lot. I was faced with a crisis when my 2008 Ford F-150 had some minor transmission issues and I found myself unable to get home over the weekend and was within faced with a crisis when my 2008 Ford F-150 had some minor transmission issues and I found myself unable to get home over the weekend and was within 1 hour of the Lenz Dealership. I was able to get the truck to their facility with there assistance. I was able to upgrade to a newer 2010 model with no money out of pocket and improved terms over existing loan and was able to leave the lot by 2pm the next day. The people there work as a team and want the customer to be satisfied with there new purchase. There is not many car lots where you can also find a great truck at a great price. More

I worked with Dave Reilly several years ago, and although the vehicle we were working on was sold before we could close the deal, the service I received from Dave at the time brought me back when it was time the vehicle we were working on was sold before we could close the deal, the service I received from Dave at the time brought me back when it was time to look again. From the outset, Dave was exceptionally helpful in obtaining financing that fit my budget, and working with the bank to get me approved. He went out of his way to answer every one of my endless questions, always with great patience. The service when I arrived was better than I could have expected-from Dave to Mike and (not sure if this is the right name/spelling) Shawn in the service area, I was treated as though I was there spending $100k. Everyone took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicles I was looking at, from checking out the underside of the vehicle down to rubbing out some small blemishes. The closure of the deal was flawless-there were also a couple of small issues that were discovered after I brought the vehicle home, which were taken care of with great speed and service. In a world that is often filled with hectic schedules, impatience, unhappiness, and other things, it is truly a wonderful and refreshing escape to encounter a business and staff that ensure this is not the case while in their care. My wife and I wish to express our deepest thanks to Mr. Dave Reilly and Mr. Mike Buhler for their exceptional or better stated World Class care to us throughout the entire search for and purchase of our truck. While the correct terms used today are customer and service, we truly felt like guests who's needs were the focus...not just making a sale.
