BUYER BEWARE! !! Mike was very dishonest from the beginning. Called our house phone Saturday about the truck we were coming in to look at on Monday and then claimed !! Mike was very dishonest from the beginning. Called our house phone Saturday about the truck we were coming in to look at on Monday and then claimed to have called Monday before 7:30am to say the truck we wanted was sold. (They are closed on Sunday). Tried to have us look at other trucks and when we said that was the only one we wanted, then all of a sudden the truck was available! We would have waked out, but this particular truck is hard to find. The finance guy was awesome, but will never go back. More

First of all I told Mike I could a loan for 4. 99%. The finance guy said he got me a 5.8%. Wasn’t happy about that. Only got 1 key fob. I thought the running boards could have been cleaned up. I feel deceived in the price and how the extended warranty really worked. I was under the impression from what I was told the manufacturer warranty was in effect and then the extended warranty took o warranty really worked. LENZ Truck, already recommending them to friends by word-of-mouth. Mike was fantastic and easy to get along with. We purchased our vehicle and had to pick it up on a weekday evening when we could bring our trade in; when we got in the car to drive home there was 42 miles to empty. Mike told us the lady who is in c weekday evening when we could bring our trade in; when we got in the car to drive home there was 42 miles to empty. Mike told us the lady who is in charge of fueling the cars was already gone for the day; but he had all day to fill our vehicle up for us. Very disappointed in that type of customer service. He told us we could stop by anytime to get our fill up; who wants to do that or should have to do that? We also asked to have a tear fixed on the passenger leather seat. He told us a whole new seat was installed when it clearly is visible the tear was just patched. Also since purchasing this vehicle we have had three service visits already and there’s issues with the suspension. Overall we are very disappointed with this purchase and how the customer service has gone; other than the excellent care from the service department. We will likely not be buying from Lenz ever again. More
