This was my 2nd trip to Lenz Auto this year! The 1st time I left with a great truck that I've been enjoying for several months now. I worked with Mike and Dave on that visit as well and they were terrific. I left with a great truck that I've been enjoying for several months now. I worked with Mike and Dave on that visit as well and they were terrific. This visit I bought a GMC Terrain for my wife and once again had a wonderful experience working with Mike and Dave. I picked out the vehicle I wanted (Chevy Equinox) 1st thing Monday morning and called Mike and had him put the paperwork together. Dave is a financing whiz able to get me better rates than I could get locally for both purchases! They had the deal all put together. By the time we arrived after spending half the day traveling - it was literally 10 minutes before closing. We quickly took the Chevy for a drive (Mike had it all ready for us) and my wife took a walk around the parking lot while I was getting the deal finished. She sees the GMC and wants to switch... Mike and Dave stayed 2 Hours past closing, got the deal put together and paperwork all done over again (Dave even was able to get in touch with somebody at the bank at 9pm to change financing) and they made sure we left with the new vehicle with no need for a return trip until we're ready for our next vehicle. I will be telling everybody to call Mike when they need a truck - no pressure, he wanted us to get what we wanted even if it was a big hassle for him! It's funny because I read another review telling how he helped them early in the morning before the dealership opened... it is clear Mike and Dave are committed to taking care of the customer - regardless of the sacrifice. (Dave even stayed late to finish our deal after his 10 year old daughter was dropped off when he should have been able to go home and enjoy his family - she waited patiently while he worked until he got it all finished!) My trip Lenz Truck was very great. Looking for a different truck to buy, and gave Lenz truck a try. Was there at 7:30 am looking around the lot and saw i was a hour and a half early. To my surprise Mike Buhler was already in the office. He is very nice and straight forward man who helped me get the best trade in for my old truck with over 200,000 miles on it. Best offer i would get he is honest about what i had and set me up with a very nice 2009 Ford F250 with a 6.4l. Nick Tries got me the the money i needed to purchase the truck i wanted. The staff is very friendly no pressure. I thank Mike and Nick working with me at early hours of the morning and getting me in my new ride and visiting with me as i cleaned out my old truck and loaded the new one and drove away. Our experiance at Lenz truck was not at all what we expected. It's been six years since our last vehicle purchase from our local dealer. But heard about Lenz truck, And decided to give them a try. They at Lenz, especially Mike Buhler and Nik Tries made all our last purchases at our home dealer look like a joke. These two guys were fantastic. They made it effortless with no pressure at all. We felt totally at ease. We were on our way to a family reunion in northern Wi. and stopped and looked at a truck. They allowed us to put some money down to hold the truck until we could stop back on our way home. When we arrived and purchased the truck, we were trading in our old truck. Which happened to be packed full from our trip. My Wife didn't want to unload from one truck to the other and then again when we got home. Mike allowed us to take our old truck home and come back the next day to pick up the new truck. That saved alot of extra work for us. We love the new truck, and without Mike working with us, who knows if we would of purchased it. So a big thank you to Mike and Nik for making this deal come together. Came into lenz trucks looking for a nice duramax, and with the help of Mike Buhler I was able to trade in my car and get a great price and get into the truck I wanted. Got in the office and Mike started off telling jokes which was fun. He was very informative and helped me out without pressuring me into anything or rushing me. He also called many people trying to get the best price for my car he could find and I was very happy with the price. My last vehicle was bought at van horn in Plymouth, and they totally screwed me over and sold me bad titled car knowing it. So I suggest tell everyone to stay away from those useless dirtbags. If you want good quality and an honest opinion and know that what your buying is all cleared and has warranty I'd recommend lenz truck to anyone. Overall my expirence there was 100 times better than anywhere else I've went to buy a vehicle, and you can sleep at night knowing you didn't get screwed over. We had a great experience with Mike Buhler and the Lenz team. My wife and I traveled from metro Chicago to purchase a 2011 Ram we had found on the Lenz website. I have to admit I was somewhat reluctant t team. My wife and I traveled from metro Chicago to purchase a 2011 Ram we had found on the Lenz website. I have to admit I was somewhat reluctant to drive 170 miles 1 way as the skeptic in me figured there were about 100 ways this could turn out to be a disaster and a huge waste of a day. But we were looking for a very specific vehicle and had not been able to find any trucks meeting our admittedly narrow criteria locally. I had called Mike the day before to verify the truck was available and double check the details. Mike was very responsive both via phone and e-mail. We went up to look at the truck and everything was as advertised. We did the test drive and when we returned Mike was no pressure and very organized having everything we needed ready to go once we decided to make the purchase. The whole process took about 2 hours and we were on our way back home. Fast, easy and pressure free. Thanks Mike! More

While looking for a used Chevrolet Avalanche I came across several vehicles on ebay listed for sale. I noticed that listings were submitted by Lenz Truck Center in Fond Du Lac, Wisc. I clicked on the centers web site and I began to review the Chevrolet Avalache's they had for sale. The web page is amazing. The video of each vehicle was excellent and the pictures really help you take a close up look at the vehicle. I found a 2009 Avalanche Z71 in mint condition on this site. Being from the Chicagoland area I called the number shown and Mike Buhler answered the phone. To my amazement, Mike informed me that the dealership was closed and that he was talking to me on his cell phone getting ready to eat dinner. Mike asked me which vehicle I was interested in and when I informed him of the 2009 Avalanche he knew the vehicle I was talking about. He did inform me that the truck center was very busy that Friday and that he was unsure if the truck had been sold. Mike took my phone number and told me that he would check and call me back after he had dinner with his wife. Mike called back within an hour and infromed me that the truck was available. Not knowing how to handle the situation Mike told me that he would hold the truck for a small deposit, fully refundable, until I could get to the center on Monday. The transaction was completed and I met with Mike on Monday morning. The truck was beautiful. Mike gave me the keys and told me to test drive the truck for a period of time. Once I returned to the center, a deal was struck. The process was absolutely great and Mike and Dave were two outstanding people. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been involved in. Thank you Mike and Thank you Dave for the outstanding service!!!! To avoid this I use the internet, widen my search area and am willing to travel to get what I want even though I live just north of the Motor City. I located Lenz Truck Center while doing my research to purchase a F250, I looked at a lot of trucks all across the country and kept coming back to the ones I had tagged from them. Not only was the selection the best but I put a lot of weight on the online reviews of the dealers. Lenz had the best reviews of all of them and it was even hard to find a negative one, come to think of it I don't think I found a single one. I decided to give them a call and get some of my questions answered and it got even better. Mike Buhler answered all my questions even sent me a few more pictures of the truck I was most interested in. Mike was never pushy and let me move at my own pace. After making my decision to purchase the truck we closed the deal and he set me up with Dave Reilly in finance who got me great rate for my loan. The deal could not have gone smoother! I notice a couple small things not working properly on my drive back to Michigan and gave Mike a call, he put me in touch with Dave Bergin in service who set me up at a local dealership back home, who fixed both problems and it didn't cost me a dime! What a great dealer, it's so refreshing to deal with such a great upstanding dealership, they are everything that a truck dealer should be and more! They have changed my thoughts on the whole vehicle purchasing process and when it's time to purchase again I will be back. More

We, a young couple of only 22 years old, took the hour and half drive to the infamous Lenz Truck after looking at their website countless times. We honestly didn't think that we would drive away in a new truck considering we didn't even have 2 hours before we had to leave for home and being of our tender age, we were unsure if the financing was even possible. We came with the hopes of getting some sort of estimate on our vehicle for trade-in value and possible options but we left with so much more than that with the help of Mike! We couldn't have asked for a better salesman and are forever grateful for all of his assistance in making it TOTALLY HASSLE-FREE!!! He's a great guy who offered us great advice and helped us drive away in the truck we had dreamed of! It was unreal! He was able to get us more money for our trade-in that we could've ever expected, helping us with our financing tremendously! We are now an even happier couple as we ride in our beautiful black F150 and continue to discover all that it has to offer.
