It must be said on the onset of this statement and with clarity that it is common practical principles from Peak support’s a logical argument or challenge. However, this is exactly what has been happen. The real danger of this issue is the lies and the troubling aspects that are in the implication of discretionary power for corrections. There is an acknowledged constitutional right to be recognized and make an argument. The right to be recognized is part of the fundamental principle. On the other hand there is general right that will clearly show an individual’s covert motives and intention of any deeply rooted practice. Peak Kia deserves a one star rating which is consistent with the level of unprofessionalism that was rendered to me two weeks after I purchased of a 2008 Nissan, Sentra for $5,200.00 cash dollars. I begin to have problems with the brakes and various issues. I was told that the issues had been resolved after I test drove the car a week prior. Anyone of good will and are gainfully employed will passionately agree that $5,200.00 are rainy day money. Therefore, this clearly establishes the principle as to why Peak Kia can make false statements or purposely misleading information to the general public. The question is can dealerships that lie about their business practices be punished? There is perhaps no value more deeply cherished that free speech however, there is no constitutional value in false statements other than for personal gain of the $5,200.00 by Peak. The mere recognition of a written complaint does not mean that the statement governs interest. This issue is important not because of the complaint but because it is based upon Peak not acknowledging phone calls and emails concerning issues that I have encounter with the car. Also, it raises an extraordinary interest that compels me in addressing relevant factors of the customer service level. It comes as no surprise that dealerships will use quality customer service prior to making a purchase. I was repeatedly called by the dealership prior to making the transaction but will not acknowledged me after the purchase. They have balanced their compelling constitutional right that clearly subjectively and violate a customer’s concerns within a thirty days (30) after a purchase. As with any public servant quality services from professional dealerships are expected and vital. There is no valued and deeply cherished right than to be employed and provide that level of service to the general public. However, Peak has abused their authority of dealership. After researching the dealership history it seems this is an extended volume of customer service that mirrors in microcosm which is overwhelmingly the implications of the truth. Their principles lacks sufficient muster of customer service. It seems that have need impose a judicially created rule that speaks on its own merits Yes, it is an acknowledged constitutional right that a principle can be established for a rational basis but when it rises to a level of deceit it is illegal. Peak has extended their volume of adverse principles for me not to be recognized. Some free categories of speech can be characterized such as here within. The Supreme Court defines certain speech words as "fighting words." Whether the message is made to make a point or serve as a base for false advertisement. The $5,200.00 is characterized as “fighting words.” More

Bad experience at first but owner helped with a resolution I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by war I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by warranty), so I ended up paying a third party to diagnose my transmission issues then towing my car to another Kia shop. However, Mike Byerly did follow up with me after I submitted a complain through the BBB, and he helped resolve my case by meeting me over half way. Mike is truly setting a respectable name for the dealership and leading the rest of his employees with his high standards and exemplary customer service. Thank you! More

Horrible service! On 5/19 (two months ago) I purchased a used vehicle from Peak Kia in Littleton that had transmission problems the day we drove it home, we returned it On 5/19 (two months ago) I purchased a used vehicle from Peak Kia in Littleton that had transmission problems the day we drove it home, we returned it to their lot in under 24 hours from purchasing. We now know we purchased a lemon which has currently been in their shop for weeks because their service department is a joke and can't even call us to tell us what is going on when we ask. On June 24th they offered a replacement vehicle in which we explicitly stated we cannot spend any more money, they agreed and we went to their dealership where they pulled a vehicle up just for us before we got there that was listed on their website for $801 more. Then they wanted to go home so sent us out the door with the vehicle to finish the paperwork the next day. I get a call the next morning asking for an additional $1,750 down on top of what we already paid, and that the vehicle that was presented to us with the understanding we cannot pay more went from $8,800 on their website somehow to $10,500 (we only paid $7,999 for the first vehicle plus warranty taxes etc came to a $11,000 auto loan). We went around for hours before they retracted their offer to get us into a different vehicle and I told them they just need to uphold their $2,500 "prime" warranty and fix the one we originally purchased in a timely matter. I was then told that they cannot promise the vehicle at any time. Since then they have insisted that they replaced the transmission 4 times originally then retracted to 3 times, told me the last one they were putting in it was brand new which then they again retracted and said the next one they put in it will be brand new. They are apparently are not equipped to properly fix the vehicle and they keep lying and retracting statements and giving me the run around. I have now made my first payment on the vehicle and the temporary tag will expire soon and I haven't driven the vehicle 20 miles. They cannot even produce a service record for any repairs they have "done". Follow up 7/20, i still have not gotten a call from anyone at Peak Kia though they want to save face so they listed this response to the public. I just want to reiterate how many times a supposed faulty transmission may be the problem, when you've supposedly replaced the transmission 4 times, that sounds more to me like a faulty technician. I have requested on a previous call to use a different technician but they did not agree to that. They're utilizing the warranty i purchased from them to fix the vehicle so also don't believe for a second that it is "free to me" because that warranty cost me $2,500 (which at this point I'm grateful i dont need to pay for 4 transmissions) but on the other hand the warranty works as insurance completely covers the dealership from having to pay for the transmissions they keep replacing incorrectly. They have nothing to go above and beyond to help a customer in need. Do not purchase a vehicle from Peak Kia, and don't trust a word they say. More

Hands down, it was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My sales person, Sophie, was amazing and she explained all of the features to me in a very clear way. She also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. There were no high-pressure sales tactics to get me into a different, more expensive vehicle or gimmicks regarding the purchase price – she instead provided me with the opportunity to make the best decision I could make for myself. I love my new car and I highly recommend Peak Kia to anyone looking for a quality new or used car. More

Our company, Denver Concierge, looked at every brand and talked to lots of dealers in and around Denver in deciding who to give our business to. We found Peak to have not only the best, most aggressive deal, but they are also very professional and have excellent follow up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. The entire staff has bent over backwards to take care of us, and they have done everything they promised they would. Highly recommend! More

Had never When we were looking to purchase a new vehicle did quite a bit of reading on brands available. One that caught my eye was the Kia Sorento. Had never driven nor had I ridden in one so my visit to test drive it at Peak Kia was a first. I was greeted right away by Enrique upon my arrival. He was excellent in showing me what was available and the advantages of each. I took a test drive with him and he pointed out all the positives. I was very impressed with the handling and the smooth and quietness of the vehicle. I arranged an extended test drive so my wife would be present and also to take it into the mountains to make sure it had the horsepower to handle. It passed all the tests. Of the all the vehicles we tested this still made top of our list. Peak was willing to work with me on price and my trade. I found the staff personnel I visited and worked with to be excellent. Vehicle has not disappointed me. Keep discovering even more reasons I am glad I made the move to the Sorento. More
