We had just came from a terrible first time car dealership experience in Littleton that led my wife and I to give this family owned and family oriented dealership our last try. Unlike the prior, stereotypical dealership that we had visited on South Broadway, the selling point for us that got us wanting to step into the door of Peak KIA was not the many choices and selections of cars that they had to offer but the many great reviews supported by their team starting with CJ. With both our schedules being so hectic as it is, both scheduled Tuesdays ending in snow/blizzard days, and that we reside in Thornton, CJ was very patient and showed commitment to us by following up with us every week. Eventually, all of his efforts benefitted both parties. We were then introduced to Joshua who at first threw us off guard because he was not in the typical "suit and tie" that screamed "I want your money!" that decidedly made our experience more comfortable as if it was the typical "Casual Friday" at the office. Joshua was very knowledgeable, patient, catering, and when he did not know the answer to something, he definitely found out for us. Again, we can appreciate the genuine aspect of it all and were more relieved that he was not making things up for a quick sale. Not to mention, we shared a lot of laughs throughout the 2.5 hour experience. Both of the managers Nick and Mike really opened our eyes as well, showing us that they were interested in earning our business first by comparing the prices and competing with the other Sorentos we were considering at other dealerships. Lastly, when we thought it all said and done with my wife and I smirking at each other filled with complete satisfactory in our hearts, we got to meet Sean to finalize the finance process, only to be caught off guard (once again) to be sharing more laughs in between a 10yr/100,000 mile warranty offer at such a great discounted price that it was easily "an offer we could not refuse". All in all, my wife and I got to drive home a beautiful Used but still Very New White 2012 KIA Sorento V6. Our children, parents, and relatives were ecstatic and amazed with the deal we had gotten. We want to personally Thank Peak KIA and their awesome team for such a memorable experience. You guys have earned our business and consideration for years to come.
