Mike and Briana were prompt and professional. I brought my car in for a transmission issue and before the car was even brought in to the shop, Mike realized it was something that might take a whi I brought my car in for a transmission issue and before the car was even brought in to the shop, Mike realized it was something that might take a while and had me in a loaner in no time. Within an hour of leaving the dealership, Mike called with a diagnosis and a solution and I had my car back in 2 days. Sawyer is always an excellent dealership to work with. Thanks for great service.
