Have been there 3 times now. Been having issues with my
truck ever since it’s turned 54k miles. Took it once it started with tranny shift problems, shudder, vibration at 54k they told me it were the tires.

Got new tires which were $1,600, now problem for worst then took truck to them at 57,000 they told me again that with 35” tires it’s normal for sound, vibration. No HELP AT ALL. Frustrated, been searching for info and found they had a big issue with tranny fluid and if left like that it would mean new tranny not just a flush. I think I’m at that point now. I took it to them to supposedly figured out what was going on and now I’m afraid I’d have to get a new tranny! Really pissed off….!
