I am from PA and recently was visiting my friend in Catskill, NY. With the extreme temperatures, my windshield fluid would not dispense and I was ready to return home to PA. I went to Sawyer Chevro Catskill, NY. With the extreme temperatures, my windshield fluid would not dispense and I was ready to return home to PA. I went to Sawyer Chevrolet in Catskill, NY to see if they could help me. I have a new GMC Sierra, but knew dealerships could and would accept GMC and GM vehicles . I explained what was happening to Service Adviser Mike Capasse and he did all the paperwork to get me registered and scheduled to be checked out. He was very friendly and professional and said he would try and get the truck looked at ASAP. Within an hour, I received a phone call that my truck was fixed and to come get it. It turned out the two nozzles that spray the windshield fluid were frozen. If not for Mike's help, I could have waited many hours for someone to look at it. Many thanx to Mike for his help. On the way home I needed to use my windshield cleaner numerous times. Great dealership with great employees. Thanx again. More
