While visiting upstate my 2017 car battery died. I had to jump it twice but on the second time several warning lights came on. Not wanting to take a chance driving home I stopped in at Sawyer Chevy. In the service department the staff was very professional. The waiting time for my oil change rotation of the tires and inspection they caught me an hour. It was just an hour. Asked for loaner since we only have one car and was told did not have one. I can’t believe a dealership this big does not have a car for us to use. Car was there for a week before it was fixed.
