I have done business there for a long time 20+ years have sent people your way but since it has changed ownership service has went down hill even when I bought my last car it was so screwed up with the paperwork and I complained then and nothing was done. I bring my husband truck in for service and it took almost 2 hours for a oil change then they didn’t even ask me to change the cabin air filter just told me it needed to be changed and hit me with a big bill again for a oil change. I take my car in for a oil change and a 169 dollars later I paid and then said I won’t be back you all need to get your stuff together and treat people a little better I work hard for my money not to be charged 70 for wiper blades that I probably really didn’t need to begin with.. I am done with Jim Butler. I tell people about the wipers and they just say you got screwed I said I know . My daughter in law brought her car to there to be fixed and when she went to pick it up they didn’t. Fix the problem and ask her why she brought it there then tried to charge her for what they did without consulting her on the problem they fixed I know they won’t be back
