Dont care about customer satisfaction. Took my 2018 Chevy 1500 in because the rear end was locking up, they told me it was the leaf springs. Took them 6 days to replace, didnt offer a loane Took my 2018 Chevy 1500 in because the rear end was locking up, they told me it was the leaf springs. Took them 6 days to replace, didnt offer a loaner. Truck was filthy when I got it back and they used over an 1/8th of a tank of gas. Will not go back, sales department is garbage as well. Decided to trade my 2018 Chevy 1500 because it just doesnt measure up to the F150 I traded in. Low balled me on my Chevy, basically said they dont want them because nobody is buying them.Will never buy another Chevrolet and will definitely never deal with Jim Butler again. More
