Very happy with my decision to stop at Tirapelli Ford in Shorewood, I previously had bought 2 new vehicles in the past 5 years from other dealers in the area and the purchase experience was not the same. Robert Cotton was my salesman and Dominick Venturella the sales manager, both were very professional , friendly and most importantly no pressure when it came to negotiations allowing me to take my time to make the right decision. I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a truck that day i was just doing comparison shopping to other dealers , content with the truck I had just looking to upgrade , they had the truck I was looking for like others they just beat the price right from the start on that particular vehicle. In conclusion I left in a brand new f150 at the price I wanted with the options I wanted with no buyers remorse.
