maintenance, I would’ve had some of the services performed, but I wasn’t made aware until I paid for my services, text message regarding maintenance

Furthermore, my windshield washer fluid light was on, and still on when they returned my vehicle, but according to their checklist, windshield washer fluid was fine, which lets me know they didn’t check it!
