Michael was attentive from start to finish and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my 2017 Buick Enclave in a way that was easy to understand. He provided a detailed explanation of all necessary repairs, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. What truly stood out was his understanding and supportive approach, as well as his genuine appreciation for my military service, which I greatly appreciated. It’s clear that Michael takes pride in providing top-notch customer care. I highly recommend Michael Chango to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and respectful service advisor at Tasca Buick/GMC. More

I can't say enough about this dealership's service department. They are always receptive, they listen, they take good notes, and most of all they communicate with the customers. I just had the pleasur department. They are always receptive, they listen, they take good notes, and most of all they communicate with the customers. I just had the pleasure of working with Michael due to Lenny being on vacation. after some testing, the resolutions were spelled out quite thouroughly and we had to make a pretty expensive decision. We even waffled once, but Michael was patient and advised us again of both options. We went with a full replacement and that car has new life! More
