This is the shadiest car dealerships I have ever had to work with. The transaction took over 3 weeks to finish and every step of the way the salesperson Mike Chapa and the sales manager Chris Baker would l work with. The transaction took over 3 weeks to finish and every step of the way the salesperson Mike Chapa and the sales manager Chris Baker would lie and make false promises. They tried to lie and manipulate me to fill out a credit application by saying that it was “just to get my information” despite already being pre-approved for a low rate of 2.3% and having given them my information already. They lied about what was included in the price of the car and that they would put a full tank of gas in the car upon the sale. To top if off they lied and claimed that they never received funding from Bank of America, my lender, and said that they never received the cashiers check – despite tracking showing otherwise. I had to consult with an attorney and threaten to sue for them to magically find the check and sell me the car, even after giving them $20,000 of my own money as down payment. Incredibly unprofessional and manipulative. More

No complaints at all. They even stayed past closing time to finish the deal on the truck.
