Mike is a great Internet sales person because, like the Internet, Mike is effecient and cuts out all the unnecessary "stuff" often encountered when purchasing a vehicle. I first contacted Mike on line. He was very patient because I was trying to decide what vehicle I wanted. Well I took too long on the one I wanted and it was gone when I got there. I have Dodge trucks for the past 15 years or so. I started calling round looking for a newer truck with a diesel motor to get me where I wanted to go, with no luck. So I started looking on the internet and the first truck that popped up caught my eye at Brian Hoskins Ford. I filled out the contact info and within a very short amount of time I was contacted by Mike Ciarlone and made arrangements to go look at the truck. I wanted to stay within a certain pricerange and within a very short amount of time Scott Schandler came back with a payment figure within pennies of where i wanted to be, so needless to say I am a Ford owner once again, and probably will be for a long time to come More
