AWESOME ! ! I think that sums it up. Everyone there is so nice even when you run into a little bit of an issue since you're supposed to be off and your boss cal ! I think that sums it up. Do not I repeat do not come here you will regret every second of it they will not fix your car the paperwork is all fixed they do not care about the customer they are straight degenerates that get away wi second of it they will not fix your car the paperwork is all fixed they do not care about the customer they are straight degenerates that get away with fraudulent work on cars half of them don’t even know there job description if you ask any in depth questions or ask to see the work done they 90 out of a 100 times didn’t even touch the vehicle and have no answer same goes for the Honda Universe in Lakewood they are partners in crime and something needs to be done by corporate because I’m not stopping till I am completely satisfied video will be posted soon of both Hondas and what they have to say about what goes on behind closed doors More

Theses guys were all great from making an appointment and getting the job done. They gave me a fast and convenient appointment. Ended up to be under warranty due to an extended warranty given due to a manufa getting the job done. They gave me a fast and convenient appointment. Ended up to be under warranty due to an extended warranty given due to a manufacturer problem. They are also working with the manufacturer to help get another issue resolved. There extended service hours made it more convenient to talk to someone in person about my problem after getting off work!! Can’t say enough about my great experience with this dealership service department!! Even while waiting I ended up walking around showroom and was approached by sales staff but never felt pressured to buy anything. They were all so friendly that ended up chatting about vehicles even tho never had intended on buying anything. I would definitely purchase a new vehicle from this dealership when the need arises!! More
