Great Dealership, A level above the rest ! My wife was involved in an accident which totaled her 2013 Volvo XC60. We went to work shopping for a replacement vehicle. I visited several Volvo dea My wife was involved in an accident which totaled her 2013 Volvo XC60. We went to work shopping for a replacement vehicle. I visited several Volvo dealerships and test drove a number of later model XC60's, all with various features. After a week of searching, I visited Keystone Volvo/Doylestown on a Sunday and spotted a preowned 2015 CX60. Monday morning, I met with Paul Heiser and drove the vehicle. We agreed on a price and to have some minor scratches and blemishes taken care of and that sealed the deal ... SOLD. Picked up the car by end of the week; it looked like a new vehicle. My wife and I were very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Paul. He was very personable and gave us the impression we were "returning" customers although we never bought a car at Keystone before. We consider ourselves Keystone Customers now! Thank you Paul. More

I referred my best friend and daughter to Keystone and they too purchased Volvos from Rich Wobensmith and are super happy with their cars and the service department. Keystone's departments from sales to service manages to work in tandem to make a customers happy from the purchasing stage to the post purchasing stage. I was proud to recommend Keystone to them! I knew that since they are both very busy professionals, that they would appreciate Rich's calm demeanor and the service department which is the best ever and responsive to any need you may have!! They always answer the phone or greet you with a smile and display such amazing enthusiasm; it always feels so wonderful to talk to a person instead of a machine. The gentlemen Mike/Ben/Pete working in service are always so helpful and care so much about helping you. They take their time in dealing with your concerns and listen carefully to your needs. We just purchased a new Volvo from Rich, 1/5/16 at Keystone. We have dealt with the same sales person over the past 10 years. Rich Wobensmith is so personable and knowledgeable and we appreciate his time, efforts and professionalism so very much. Below is an email I wrote to him the evening I purchased my new Volvo. Hi Rich, I am more thrilled than ever after driving home in my new Volvo. I did not realize how awesome it would be but it totally exceeded my expectations already!! We live off the bumpiest road...... It is totally uneven and I didn't feel one bump driving home....what a sweet beginning! You did an amazing job in hearing my needs and tapping into what is important to me. I felt totally confident that you would sell me the perfect car and you did! Always there when you need them. I have been going to this dealership for quite some time. Recently my car was leaking antifreeze. I had it towed to the service department from 120 mi I have been going to this dealership for quite some time. Recently my car was leaking antifreeze. I had it towed to the service department from 120 miles away. The next day I received an email that it was repaired and ready to go. Wow. The service department is the best! More
