Can't say enough good things about this dealership - I've had a pleasant experience there every single time. I've never been somewhere with more friendly and helpful employees. They fixed my problem in a m had a pleasant experience there every single time. I've never been somewhere with more friendly and helpful employees. They fixed my problem in a matter of minutes every time (from headlight bulbs to fluids needed) and charged the bare minimum, if anything at all. Having dealt with another Volvo dealership closer to my house in Huntingdon Valley and not always having such a great experience, this dealership is the clear choice. More

We bought our first Volvo in 1985 in CT, after owning Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. His brand new Oldsmobile was totalled as his engine was push into his front seat. No one was injured, my 2 year old daughter and wife were ok. The Volvo Wagon needed a new rear hatch door and a bumper, that's all. At the time of the accident, about 8 a.m.,the Volvo salesman and Manager that sold my wife the car, Meriden Volvo, were passing by and saw her car and stopped. They were delivering another vehicle. They took my wife to work, and my daughter to day care, drove the car to a repair shop and assisted the other driver with his vehicle, and called me. This was the feature story in VOLVO magazine in the Fall of 1985. How could we not buy more Volvos? In the summer of 1996 we were relocating from RI to this area, when the heatshield on our 1989 S.Wagon became lose and made an awful racket. We were headed to meet a realtor in the morning when we pulled into Keystone Volvo. The service folks pulled our car in, tightened the heat shield and we were off in about 10 minutes. Mr. McClukey and Ray Edinger wished us well, and told us to come back to visit Keystone after we settled in. I got off track for several years, but Ray gave me a good trade in on my Mercedes for a S-70. He sold my wife a V-70, She still has it. The rest is history, we've been crossing the River from New Jersey ever since. Both adult daughters learned to drive safely with Volvos. Thanks Keystone, Your Staff, Repair Team members, Sales Team and Dealership Leaders. More

Purchased a new car from Joe Craig, he was very easy to work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Rob was helpful and efficient in processi work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Rob was helpful and efficient in processing our paperwork. Joe always makes a point to come over and say hello anytime I'm in the dealership (for parts, service, dropping off a car, whatever) As far as service, we bring all our cars to Keystone for service. Mike, Pete, and Ben are always helpful and friendly, and give good advice on what needs to be (and what doesn't needs to be) fixed. I can always call with a question and find out whether a problem is something urgent or whether it can wait for a future service. More

I purchased my first Volvo, a used 2001 S60, in 2003, and had every intention of getting at least 200,000 miles. Keystone provided fantastic service throughout the time I owned this car. Unfortunately, in had every intention of getting at least 200,000 miles. Keystone provided fantastic service throughout the time I owned this car. Unfortunately, in June 2011, only 40,000 miles from my goal, I was rear-ended by a semi. Thanks to that Volvo, my personal injuries were minor. The Volvo took the hit and was totalled. This meant I had to get another car quickly, with little time or energy to devote to searching, evaluating options, etc. Keystone Volvo came to the rescue. They took care of working with my insurance company to finalize disposition of my old car, had a 2009 S60 on the lot that was within my price range, and provided sales and service that was seamless. Truly no pressure, no hype. Keystone has earned my highest regard; I will continue to be a loyal customer. More

Keystone excels with its customer service. We've had two Volvo's now and the service quality was a big determinant in our decision to buy the second one. As in the past, I have found auto service on this vehicle and my previous Volvo's to be excellent, except in one instance of tire rotation when service did not replace all the lugs on one wheel and I had to and my previous Volvo's to be excellent, except in one instance of tire rotation when service did not replace all the lugs on one wheel and I had to bring the vehicle back. Otherwise I have had excellent service from Volvo, most especially in the past from Mike Cluckey. My reason for my Overall Experience Rating of Good, rather than Excellent is, as I have mentioned in the past, your closing of your Route 309 location has inconvenienced me, forcing me to travel further to your Doylestown location, which is quite congested. Accordingly, I do not have all service done by the Doylestown Volvo Dealership, having found a competent and experienced mechanic much closer to where I live. Arthur Birkenstock More
