I recently bought a RAV4 from Mike C and Mike I, with the help of Amy in the finance department. Not only was the experience easy, they were an all around incredibly caring team. These people actually care about you and want you to get the car you want without going above your budget or through all kinds of hassle. Top notch dealership there amazing I have been an ASE master technician for 21 years. I do not work at Weiss Toyota. I have been in this industry for some time. I inquired about a 4 I have been an ASE master technician for 21 years. I do not work at Weiss Toyota. I have been in this industry for some time. I inquired about a 4 runner on line. Weiss Toyota was the first dealer to call me back to set up a time to visit their dealership. I work long hours and got there close to closing time. Salesman Mike Collins was absolutely wonderful to work with. He had a 2018 Toyota 4 runner premium on the lot and test drove it. They let me take it home because it was late to work out the finances. That's where Shane Thacker comes in, extremely great guy that got all the financial work taken care of. I bought this vehicle for my wife for our 20th anniversary, Mr. Collins even gave my wife flowers when the vehicle was delivered, a full tank of gas, and a free detail, with Toyota care. I hope I dont have to buy another one soon lol but if I do I'm going back to Weiss Toyota... thank you so much Josh & Angie Morton More

Wonderful experience with buying my new RAV4. He gave us what we wanted for our trade in vehicle, and gave us a great deal on the new RAV4. Amy Patterson is as knowledgeable as she is sweet. We have lifetime full coverage warranty and all maintenance taken care of for 5 years. Thanks to James for approving the prices and for the trade in value of our car. Overall this has been one of the greatest car buying experiences we have ever had. We bought 3 cars from Mr Weiss and we will continue to do so because of the wonderful staff he employs. More

Terrible after sales Sold me a lemon! I ended up buying from Weiss as they had a used car that I was interested in, and was told they would be able to get me a loan (I mov Sold me a lemon! I ended up buying from Weiss as they had a used car that I was interested in, and was told they would be able to get me a loan (I moved here from UK so have no credit history in US, even though I have a good job here at a law firm). They were certainly helpful in making sure I could buy the car, even though my loan rate was extortionate. I was not offered a warranty (another tell-tale sign that I missed) so I bought the car on an as-is basis, but I figured as this was a 'reputable' dealership, they would not be selling me a car with big issues. We purchased the car at the beginning of April, and before the end of April the check engine light came on! The diagnostics code showed it was a transmission issue!! My wife took it straight back to Weiss and they told her that they would take care of it, no charge, as it was purchased so recently! She was then left in the waiting room, with my 3 year old daughter, for 2 hours without any update. After she chased them down they said they might need the car over the weekend so they ended up loaning her a car to get home. But when she got home they called and said the work required would NOT be free of charge, as we bought the car as-is! On top of that, the work that they wanted to do was not certain to fix the issue, and it was expensive!!! I could have purchased a car privately, saved a bunch of money, and got the same level of 'after sales care' that we have received from Weiss i.e. none. I have left voicemails with the General Manager to discuss my options but go no call back. They got rid of a bad car for a decent price and are now just straight ignoring me. I was totally suckered in by their 'Weiss Promise' and initial helpfulness. Take my advice, shop elsewhere! More
