Currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle FORD SHELBY GT350. Sales guy its pretty good Mike Collins, however Finance Managers are Rude.. MIKE CROSS to be exact, totally unprofessional, unmannered SHELBY GT350. Sales guy its pretty good Mike Collins, however Finance Managers are Rude.. MIKE CROSS to be exact, totally unprofessional, unmannered man. While trying to get wire instructions to finalize purchase at Navy Fed even the representative from Navy Fed notice how rude he was. It was like he didnt wanted to provide or assist in anyway with wire instructions. I would definitely avoid dealing with this guy. Hope other dont run into such unpleasant way of conducting business. More
