The sales team was very focused, well trained on the car I was interested in and responsive to my questions and concerns. The lead salesperson (Cory) was very engaged and worked hard to sustain the process I was interested in and responsive to my questions and concerns. Appointment was for 8:45. arrived by 8:30! Was told the work would take 1 1/2 hrs. It was 11:10 when the car was done and it wasn't even washed although it was covered with sa arrived by 8:30!
