I enjoy the scheduling of maintenance. Driving into the service department is sometimes confusing waiting for a service representative to arrive, especially when the bay is crowded. Picking up personal veh service department is sometimes confusing waiting for a service representative to arrive, especially when the bay is crowded. Picking up personal vehicles has its own problems, trying to find your representative is difficult, which desk, everyone is busy, hard to find "that guy". Your mechanic's are first rate. I don't think I've ever waited more then a day, day and a half max. You guys are a little expensive, so I'm doing oil changes etc.. myself, tires at a national chain. More
