I was looking for a sedan not a suv and only went there because my husband had purchased his jeep there and suggested I check out inventory. I drove through the lot thinking they obviously did not have man because my husband had purchased his jeep there and suggested I check out inventory. I drove through the lot thinking they obviously did not have many sedans. I went into the showroom and was introduced to Gio l explained my mks had recently been totaled and I wanted to find a car that would have a comparable elite/executive package. Gio reviewed his onsite inventory and the other Premier dealerships and found me a car I love. His knowledge of the features of my Malibu was astounding and he explained how to use standard and elite features fully and clearly. The rest of the staff was friendly, informative and guided me through the steps to purchase. All steps were explained fully with the repeated statement “if you have any questions feel free to ask or call..” I recommend this dealership and Gio to everyone that asks me about my car and I tell everyone I never thought I would get over the loss of the mks but that Gio and Premier have made it happen. I LOVE MY CAR. More

Service department from xxxx My Dodge Viper was brought in for mechanical repairs after I jumped a curb at low speed on muddy, leaf-strewn road. No other vehicles involved. They e My Dodge Viper was brought in for mechanical repairs after I jumped a curb at low speed on muddy, leaf-strewn road. No other vehicles involved. They estimated the damage at $8000. Turned out to be $12,000. BUT, the car was actually totaled. The body shop who received the car told me it should never have been serviced; Premier hid the damage from the insurance appraiser! 3 months after they got their greedy hands on it, they delivered it to the body shop. It had 3 inches of water in it despite the fact that they told me it had been stored indoors. The prime crook in this place is Michael DiBono. The worst dealership "professional" I have yet encountered in over 40 years of buying cars. Rude, crude and obnoxious. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This place represents the worst nightmare for the consumer--the original version of the crooked repairman--lying through the teeth and calculating how much they get from your wallet. More
