This is the second time I have purchased from Premier Cape Cod. Both experiences we're pretty much effortless on my part and there was no pushy sales talk or anything of that nature. Worst service ever. First time I went for service my 2018 Jeep had the Jeep shake and it took them 3 weeks to get a part in and then another 3 weeks once they got the part to get me in for service because th Jeep had the Jeep shake and it took them 3 weeks to get a part in and then another 3 weeks once they got the part to get me in for service because they said they were backed up. Second time, my car had to get towed in and they had my car for 11 days to fix issue. Had to keep calling every day for updates because they weren’t updating me. Car was only 4,000 miles over warranty and the only financial assistance they gave was a promo code they were offering on their website for 10% off service and said you can contact Jeep and maybe they will offer to pay more of the bill. Wrote an email to general manager about my dissatisfaction and never got a response. Stay away More
