Could not be happier... We had contacted Kyle Hein about a 2017 Pre Owned Grand Cherokee. After him doing a lot of research on it and running numbers he was open, honest and We had contacted Kyle Hein about a 2017 Pre Owned Grand Cherokee. After him doing a lot of research on it and running numbers he was open, honest and forthright in explaining how it just didn't make sense financially etc. He offered to help find the best option for us and boy, did he deliver. I am now driving a brand new 2020 Grand Cherokee with all the bells and whistles and could not be happier. He handled issues with our insurance company in an incredibly timely manner, took care of registration and had the patience of a saint attempting to teach me how to use all the technology in this car. Fortunately I have him on speed dial to help me figure out how to work some of these buttons when my issues arise :) The entire Premier team was exceptional- Mike DelBuono, Andrew Dent and Ian Duffy made this a seamless transaction. Cannot recommend Premier highly enough. More

I am used to dealing with high volume dealers in the greater Boston area where negotiating is a game albeit one that comes with a degree of anxiety, where one comes away not sure if the best "deal" was struck. Not at Premier where everything is truly transparent. I don't plan to return to the high volume model again and will recommend any/everyone to Premier. More

Extremely rude. Then I called the administrative office to report the incident and was told I would be helped by a women in service department to have my key made for my car. I kept getting told me car would be ready day after day it wasn't ready. When I went in very upset I was directed to talk to management. He explained that there where other issues discovered and I was looking at more then my car was worth to even fix it. All I wanted was a key made for my vehicle. I am now working with another Chrysler dealer ship in another location which has been awesome I have had no issues and they made me a key which this dealer told Me was unable to be done. Thank you More

I just recently went back to Premier Cape Cod to lease a new Jeep Compass. The lease on my 2017 Compass was ending so I called and talked to Leo Laemmle about my options.
