I love Lithia Subaru of Fresno. However I do have one complain. I had an appt. at 9:20 and I was getting a simple car service but I didn’t leave until 1:30 pm. It took 5 hrs.and I should have taken the shuttle home because they were so busy but I just kept thinking that it was not going to take that long so I waited. That has never happened before and the staff and waiting room is great but I was a little irritated this time. Hopefully that won’t happen again. More

After my oil change I was told I needed to replace some bulbs and a couple of filters. They did the cabin filter and we chose to do the other things ourselves. We ran into a snag with one of the light bulb bulbs and a couple of filters. They did the cabin filter and we chose to do the other things ourselves. We ran into a snag with one of the light bulbs so I brought it right back the next day. They were very happy to help me. Directed me to the parts department to get the bulb. Then, to my pleasant surprise, just popped the old bulb out and put the new one in. Right there on the spot. No waiting. All of the gentlemen were very professional and kid to show me how to do the repair myself should I need to again at a later date. More
