I was visiting Fresno from San Diego when I experienced an unexpected issue with my the automatic window on the driver side of my vehicle - window would not stay closed and it was raining :( In desparatio an unexpected issue with my the automatic window on the driver side of my vehicle - window would not stay closed and it was raining :( In desparation I called your dealership and spoke to Pam who encouraged me to come by in the hopes that even with a busy work load perhaps they could help. Upon my arrival I had the pleasure to be checked in by Mike Jepson. Mike was extremely helpful and friendly immediately putting me at ease. Thank you Mike, you certainly made a stressful situation bearable. The window issue was resolved and I had my car back in a few hours time. Grateful that I found your dealership on my visit to Fresno. Wish you were in San Diego as well! More

I don't live in the area. My son was driving my car in Oakhurst when it broke down on him on a Sunday. We got it towed to the dealership without warning, the sales people dir My son was driving my car in Oakhurst when it broke down on him on a Sunday. We got it towed to the dealership without warning, the sales people directed the tow where to park and the service group jumped on it Monday and had it fixed by Tuesday. Both communication and speed were excellent. More
