Very good customer experience We went to Smithtown Toyota just with the idea of just checking out the 2018 RAV4; however, Mike was very good not only in explaining vehicle’s featur We went to Smithtown Toyota just with the idea of just checking out the 2018 RAV4; however, Mike was very good not only in explaining vehicle’s features, but he was great in giving us a good deal for our trade in. All in all was a very good experience without the hassle and back and forth normally associated with this type of transactions. It is worth to mention that Mike is bilingual in Spanish which made things easier for us. More

Completely Satisfied! Couldn't have met a more respectful, courteous or honest sales person than Mike Demera! After having met with several sales people at Millennium who Couldn't have met a more respectful, courteous or honest sales person than Mike Demera! After having met with several sales people at Millennium who showed little or no interest in my being in the showroom, I was skeptical about going to another Toyota dealership and being treated the same way. No so at Smithtown Toyota! Just walking in the door I was greeted with a most appreciative welcome and received top class service! Thank you, all. More

Purchase of new RAV4 2017 I picked up my new 2017 RAV4 this morning. Everything went smoothly as this was my first time purchasing a car on my own.
