I am in my 70s and have never left a dealership feeling pleased with a sales person until today. Mike worked with us in our search for a new car and if I could I would give him a 10 star review! There was no fast talking or trying to convince us of something we weren’t interested in. He was very well informed of all options and honestly answered our questions and had the insight to explore questions we hadn’t thought of. But the best quality that Mike showed us was respect from the moment he came out to greet us in the parking lot until we left with a brand new Toyota which I absolutely love!! There was absolutely no pressure put on us - Mike is a true professional! By the way, I am not one to write positive reviews as I expect good customer service and respect but have never had a better experience than I had today. Kudos to Mike! More
