I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from this dealership. My experience with Mike, the salesman, was excellent—he was professional, straightforward, and made the entire sales process smooth and s dealership. I truly appreciated his honesty and the way he handled the transaction. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was not as positive. After reviewing my paperwork at home, I discovered that several add-on products (GAP coverage, road hazard protection, and an extended service contract) totaling over $4,000 had been added without my clear knowledge or consent. I am currently in the process of having these cancelled. I have all of these coverages through my insurance. Overall, the sales side of my experience was great thanks to Mike, but I would caution future customers to carefully review their finance documents before signing to ensure no unwanted products are included. More
