Although the negotiation and purchase was handled by me, the car is for my wife to drive and so after dealing with me for hours, when we picked the car up in the evening, Mark spent over an hour showing my wife the many features on the car - a 2018 Taurus Limited. Shults Sales Manager Mike Daugherty was also excellent to deal with and met our every expectation, as did Fritz Boettcher with the financial and licensing. Completely satisfied. More
